IN LIGHT OF US | Classic Stereoscope Toy

A little nostalgia, a little magic, and a whole world waiting to be discovered.

Remember the thrill of popping a reel into a classic stereoscope toy, holding it up to the light, and clicking your way through another world? We're bringing that feeling back with a special In Light of Us edition.

Created as an extension of Mz.Icar Collective's In Light of Us project for BLINK Cincinnati 2026, this custom classic stereoscope toy reel takes you on a visual journey through Matilda's world. Featuring imagery from our creative explorations, the reel brings together art, storytelling, and the nostalgic charm of analog viewing.

Each set includes a vintage classic stereoscope toy viewer, an exclusive In Light of Us reel, and a surprise vintage reel from our collection. The viewers are selected at random, so each set has its own personality and a little history.

It's a playful way to slow down, look closer, and experience a bit of wonder, one click at a time.

Each set includes:

One vintage classic stereoscope toy (style and color selected at random)

One custom In Light of Us reel

One surprise vintage View-Master reel

Artist: Mz.Icar Collective
Year: 2026
Medium: Custom stereoscopic image reel with vintage View-Master viewer

Please note: Viewers are authentic vintage items and may show signs of age and previous use. Colors, styles, and included vintage reels will vary. That's part of their charm!
